If you are struggling with menopausal symptoms, emotional and physical health or just sheer overwhelm. I totally understand, I am midlife too.

For a few women, their Menopause Journey is symptom free and does not have a big effect on their day to day lives.  Many women, however. experience perimenopausal symptoms in their 40s and often the dots are not linked to their menopause journey leading them to feel lost, unwell and not knowing where to go for support.

Women have hormone receptors all over their bodies, and when levels begin to fluctuate and fall (usually midlife) the body and brain has to adjust.  This, for some, can lead to a range and combination of physical, psychological and cognitive symptoms.

Peri/Menopause is an ideal time to consider lifestyle changes that could positively effect your general wellbeing and I am here to support you through Mentoring in a holistic way.

I have found that Emotional Wellbeing can be one of the first steps to a more balanced Menopause Journey.  My approach to supporting women with their Menopause Journey is an integrative one.

Face to Face or Online Zoom meeting – I offer a single 1 to 1 session (£85) or a trio of sessions (£225) for more in depth support. After each session I provide my Clients with Sessions Notes and offer 7 days Email support.
