Its often difficult to share problems or find helpful information that can lead you to a more positive calm or confident life.  I am here to provide a safe space for you to explore your concerns and move forwards. I have years of experience in Mentoring, Coaching and Teaching.

Stress is one of the biggest factors in our modern busy lives.  Understanding where your stress is coming from is the very first step to wellness.  This can then lead to better Emotional Health making life manageable and enjoyable again.

In Midlife, we often lose direction,  maybe experience empty next syndrome or have “Who Am I now” thoughts and feelings.  Relationships can be affected and your self esteem can be low.

Having an empathic supporting Mentor can make all the difference to your everyday life.  Its an investment in yourself that you may not have considered before.  You may have thought you are not worth it but, trust me, you are!

Mentoring can help you process your feelings, emotions and beliefs allowing you to gain confidence, optimism and clarity you may not have experienced for some time.

Id like to give you some feedback on the meditation/relaxation sessions that Sarah has been running at my workplace at lunchtimes. I have really benefited from them. When I return to work in the afternoon I am calmer, more focused and generally in a much better mood. This has proved really useful today as it has been extremely busy on the phones talking to Customers during the 20% promotion. I also enjoy the session itself. I feel a sense of calm and wellbeing. Sarah’s style is really accessible and not intimidating or pretentious. She is calm, kind and supportive. You can tell that she uses her own work as it comes from the heart. It is true and authentic. It is a great session for beginners like me. I really look forward to the meditation sessions and I think it is wonderful that this Company offers it for free to staff during lunch breaks. It makes me feel positive about the Company as it shows that it cares about its staff. Thank you.
